Email address. Only when you submit it to join the list or email us directly. The signup form opens your own mail app, so your message comes to us as normal email.

Anything you write us. Bookings, press, demos, questions. We keep the thread so we can answer you.

Basic technical data. Our host records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Send you the newsletter, reply to your inquiry, plan drops and releases, and protect the site from abuse. That is it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Our website host and our email provider, only as needed to deliver the site and our messages. Law enforcement if we are legally required. Nobody else.

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Inquiry threads are kept as long as needed for the business relationship. Ask us to delete and we delete.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. If you are in California, that includes the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be treated differently for asking. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also object to processing, request a portable copy, and complain to your data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep access to our email list limited to the people who run the label. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment details or sensitive personal data on this site.

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we say so in the newsletter.
