You may browse, stream through the linked platforms, and share our pages. You may not scrape the site, resell access, attempt to break into any part of it, upload malicious code, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

All music, artwork, photography, logos, the BPNL name and badge, and all site copy are owned by BPNL or licensed to us. Streaming on Apple Music, YouTube, and the other platforms is governed by those platforms' own terms. You may not reuse our marks or masters commercially, remix or sample for release, or sell merchandise using our brand without written permission.

Joining the list is opt in. You are telling us you own the email address you submit. Every email includes an unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time from our opt out page or by emailing us. We do not sell your email address.

The clothing line is coming soon. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. When products go live, the sale terms, pricing, shipping, and returns published at checkout at that time will govern the order.

If you send us demos, ideas, photos, or other material by email or social, you keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to listen to it, store it, and reply. We may already be working on something similar, and we are not obligated to sign, respond, or pay for anything you send unsolicited.

We link out to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Music, and RapFame. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, ads, or data practices.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, BPNL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BPNL operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
